I checked this out, and it does work very nicely. An enhancement I would suggest is to allow you to set parameters for all the drivers you've created, allowing you to set a random range for each driver individually. This way you can create some drivers who are very consistent, and others who are not...

I think the shape of the car is perfect. The only thing that looks weird to me is the gap inside the windows. If you've already maxed out the poly count you would have to sacrifice somewhere else to fill that in. If you have 2 more polys you could probably do it though by closing the "top"...

Those are raised metal disks used often for indoor R/C racing. They are a simple way to create a track's shape, or change it with minimal effort, and they are not damaging to the car if you hit them. They also give you a nice visual reference for judging corners at the high relative speeds that R/C ...

What's the obsession with the nose? When you make a GeneRally car, you consciously choose what to make detailed and what to make simplified.
