[tpk] [kar] [cir] Whitecloud Int. Karting Circuit

Last login : Apr. 2011 :scared: This is scary, I suppose there has to be an easy way out of a 10+ years hiatus :? Ohh, I got it! A new track... nahh, too predictable... how about two? No, can't do that... it has to be solid, can't do things halfway... I got it... EIGHT tracks in one! :twisted...

Re: [ovl] Super Mario Bros.

14 hours after my comment, your track turned from plain empty to :wow:! I'm glad I ''unlocked'' your inspiration, for the well-beign of this track, and of course for the entertainment of all users that might want to bring old ''NES'' memories to a GeneRally season! (That's probably my case! :) ) Has...

Re: [ovl] Super Mario Bros.

What about some Mario Kart Tracks? That'd be quite a challenge! Although I like the finished product, I am just disappointed with the ''emptyness'' of it... although what could we had more?

Nice inspiration, brings back old memories! ^^

Anyone knows Formula SAE/Formula Student? If you don't, then this racing series is an international university racing and engineering competition, held on Michigan International Speedway, in Detroit (USA) or on Hockenheim (Germany). Competitions are also held in Australia, Brazil, California and Ita...

Great version of one of my favorite local tracks deserved a ToM gold! Congrats to Maciej1 and of course all podium winners, and all other contestants!

Will take St.Karth's votes as a small  for time invested in it! Thanks for both votes (whoever voted) these are appreciated! :)

Don't book me yet, but as said previously, if ever you have issues finding an 8th or 9th member, I might join as backup only (even if that would be against the rules :shhh: )

That looks more like an oval race than a circuit, though at this small WS, it's quite hard to create tight turns! :D The feeling is great and the idea is ingenious! Great job! :bg:

Re: [cir] Minturkey

Since it isn't a [rwl], the trackmaker (in my opinion) has the right to create it the way he wants to :) (this is more of an ''inspired by'' Turkish GP than ''reproduction'' of the real track).

It feels great, and pits are right the way they are! Great job! :bg:

Suggestion/Idea I had recently And I quote :shhh: ''Following a huge hype surrounding ''TE-Only'' or ''Almost-TE-Only'' tracks, the present would suggest that these tracks obtain a special category in the ToM voting.'' Nice little track here! I like the forest and cliffs they look really good! Track texture in game is nice (screenie doesn't look alike what it looks ingame!). The minor thing I'd say is that you could have used Hay Bales instead of soft walls (in pairs, scattered around the course) since road ...

Nice idea and realisation! Taking a random real map, and making good tracks out of it can be a tough challenge! But when it's realised correctly, it gives great tracks such as yours! :)

I don't know why are recent tracks ''stuck'' on the ''TE-only'' or ''Almost-TE-Only'' label when there are so many possibilities to create clean and accurate tracks using the external editors :| (I personnaly used only Paint/TE/SnakeDitor for a long time, and I'm starting to use GIMP in recent track...

I'd participate since I'm far from beign an elite trackmaker, but having silver medal on ToM, if we follow the rules, banishes me from this project! :(

If ever you decide to go around this, I'd be interested for sure! :)
