Generally v1.2b error

I am downloaded the latest Generally from homesite today. I wanted open, but it gives an error. The error:
Exception Processing Message c0000139 Parameters 14a41c0 16edb0 75b4bf7c 75b4bf7c
What way to i can fix this error?

More info, e.g. about your system configurations, please?

This is a DLL entry-point error. Almost certainly means you don't have SDL.dll in the main GR directory, you don't have the Visual C++ Runtimes, or you have some missing system DLLs (and/or you're running on a version of Windows before Windows XP).

I have sdl.dll in GR main directory.
My system is more powerful enough than standart system. :)

You didn't answer whether you have the Visual C++ Runtimes. :) Have you downloaded what's said in the readme.txt?

I'm using Windows XP and I now downloaded Generally v1.2c.
I want it is running, I have got SDL.dll and Microsoft Visual Studios 2010.
