A few small issues while making a showroom...

Post by Maxaxle »

How can I force the Track Editor to have a massive amount of zoom and a small track size? I understand 1.05's track editor has a mod (TrackToy) that allows you to do this, but then I'd be stuck with a 1.05 track...

Also: Any tips on making a showroom?

EDIT: Okay, so size isn't an issue...now to tackle the zoom issue. Also, I'm not very good at making tracks, and all I want to start with is a good ramp and a platform in the middle of the track, yet I can't get the ramp smoothed.

To fix the zoom issue, use a lower resolution (or maybe not widescreen resolution), and for the ramp, try using GRHMEdit.

I don't think that will help. I'm trying to increase the zoom factor further than the limits will allow.

Zoom seems to work nicely with 4:3 but with widescreen not as well.

Blargh, I never said I was using anything over 5:4 (in fact I'm using *exactly* 5:4)...
