Problem with Driver Editor

Hi everyone, i will make some real drivers for my personal use, making stats, but i'm having a problem with the Driver Editor, this are happening. 
I have a Compaq Presario 2500 with Windows XP.
This is translate:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
