Reasons why this has failed:
1. 1 day isn't enough to get all your drivers signed up, not even a week is. 3 weeks before the season starts is usually enough to get them signed up.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
2. Nobody wants to race on a nobody's championship. Hell, even HSC-King had a few problems getting drivers signed up for his championship.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
3. Self Promotion gets you nowhere. Seriously, who would anyone in their right mind race on that rubbish track you made in 5 minutes?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
4. Use tracks people WANT to race on: Again, use tracks that aren't rubbish, like DesertRing by Qurpiz, Or Rattlehead Arena by JimmyMetal, the list goes on and on.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
5. Piracy is not allowed. Those cars you mentioned were obviously not made by you. so if you posted them you would have landed yourself a temporary ban, being as it would have been the 3rd time you posted pirated material.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
6. You haven't raced on anybody elses' championships yet. If you can't race on someone elses tournaments and get yourself good positions then what makes you think you can actually RUN one.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
7. Lack of Effort. Seriously, not even creating a website for the tournament where you can login shows how much effort you put in to this tournament.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
8. 1 race doesn't make a competition. It doesn't. Sure there might have been Steeplechase of Paradubice but Trigger Happy actually put work into it and people loved that one off race. You, on the other hand couldn't get a one race tournament to work if it shone right in your face. 5 - 20 races usually make the best tournaments.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
9. Not giving people the custom version of Generally. Sure, you would have gotten yourself a ban by showing people the cars but at least they would have had the chance to train rather than putting the pack up after joining.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
And 10 is: you aren't part of a competition organisation. What do GRO, GRMFED and PGR have in common? They're all organisations that have trusted people on them. They can use cars and tracks wihout getting in trouble plus organisation ran events such as GRACE and GRC get the most entrants.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
So, sorry but don't try making another competition again until your trackmaking skills improve, you can actually make cars, you make a website dedicated to the tournament and you've proven yourself at various championships.

GRACE S1 - 25th out of 47 drivers and 14th out of 18 teams. Not bad for a first season eh?
GRC S18 - 15th out of 26 (7th out of 14 in junior standings)

1-FACT.
2-This is the reason because OTUT failed.
3-It's true.
4-Lombon by ACM, La Pino by Maciej... I've never seen someone posting a own-track on Guess-a-Track. So why in compos?
5-It's only 2nd time. The 1st deleted was because in that you will ran over people.
6-Zegarek made it and his tournament runned well. :really:
7-He neihter make more specific rules. I could take a print of the post, cheat and say "No one rule forbid me to cheat at the moment of my run."
8-1 track could make a championship(like on GR Indy 500) but 1 event no(on Indy was quali-race)
9-And here is the cheating.
10-Same example than 6.

@4 by Manzur: If the tracks are of a decent quality, then using your own in a compo is not a bad idea ;) However this track is appalling.

@ Manzur You got the wrong end of the stick here. I meant in this guys' context. And it would have been a temporal ban because the first warning was for putting pirated cars in his stand jumping track and the second warning was for uploading Kannisto's track without permission. Also, by uploading the pack i meant by the training pack, not the full race. Anyway, let's just leave this failed thread alone please.

Please don't bump topics, which are older than 30 days unless you have something really important to say. It just confuses other people.
