I'm sorry, David, but you've come here and your first posts are about your championship... Firstly, I don't know you and I'm afraid you won't be able to manage the champ through the whole year and good enough. Secondly, you definitely won't find drivers for such long champ. Thirdly, there are too many championships right now (and unfortunately not many of them are of good quality).

Sorry for being hаrsh. I hope you'll join some existing champ before managing your own. ;)

I don't afraid about David's skill actually (from so far visible it looks very well prepared, better than several things around), but I have no clue, what I'll do in November, so I cannot bind myself by anything 'till August 2012 with acceptable reliability. Similarly right now I can just do a wild guess about stamina of your dedication, David.

Out of that the calendar so far looks like real WTCC's, which may not be enough outstanding idea to catch a huge interest around.

Thanks for the feedback and replies; and I will be sure to consider everything you've suggested.

I'm part of a championship, which has given some understanding on how it all works, but I didn't like how it was only near the end of the year already or just over a 2 month period. That was the reason why I started it, and also hadn't really had much to add to the forums in the way of comments.

Thanks again though, I do appreciate what you've said.

Maybe try to mix it with Hotlap masters ways - all tracks known from beginning and opened for racing with a one distant deadline and regular releasing of provisional standings?

Why not to make restart of it with normal schedule - a track per week? I would join. Racing once per month isn't very interesting IMO.

I don't see a point why you've chosen these settings. It's non-login HL, wouldn't it be better to put all settings at zero and let us race as much laps as we want?

I don't want to sound offensive, but you've just come here, well no one knows you yet (and no one knows about your skills, I don't want to question that) so guys tend to compete in races from "old dogs". Also, other projects (for example Lotus_renault A1GP, Haselnuss' Futuristig racing or your Formula world tour) show exactly the same. So I'd honestly suggest you to get some more experience/get famous/make yourself a good reputation. Then I bet there will be more interest in your compo, and everyone can be happy :goal:

Consistently racing is good, but you've been around just under two months. Look at how Haruna struggled with his compos, despite having far more unique ideas than myself - in fact, I consider OHS Circuits 1 to be a freak compo, due to the racers/entries percentage.
