and i have 3 more stadiums

Alexandria, Egypt [for all african teams]

Donezk, Ukraine [for Ukraine (need to change PoV)]

Rotterdam, Netherlands [20%]

Does it mean just three racer by country?

when there more than three driver (f.e.: d1, d2, d3, d4, d5) than they must decide who will drive when (race 1: d1,d3,d4...race 2: d2,d3,d5)
when there only two driver, a AI will complete the field
