GRC, or Generally Rookie Championship is a competition reserved for "Rookies", or more precisly to "Bronze" and "Silver" classes according to GRO rules, ie. rookies and also more experienced "amateur" drivers. So, all the good drivers are not permitted to race there, which makes GRC an ideal entry-level formula to all GR newcomers.

This season we make a step forward as GRC has changed the car. Formula Rookie 13 is a history now. I want to say it was great car and we have had 6 amazing seasons with it, but now rookies will use the new and shiny SDR N-GRC RD-01D by GRC champion Haruna. It's a car from Car Master so you may be sure in the highest quality of it. Just take a look at it:

So, how do we play ?

Well, as Generally is not a online multiplayer game, everybody have to play offline. But to simulate "real racing", we set up a system : The login system.

It seems quite complicated, but it is not that complicated, in theory, we could summarize this method into 3 steps :

1. You login on the website (you'll find the GRC login link here)
2. You make the race of your life
3. You send required files to grcchamp@gmail.com

But for more details, a simplified version of rules is here.

OK, how do we join ?

It's very easy actually, you just need to reply to this thread or send an email to grcchamp@gmail.com and give the following informations :

• Your nickname
• Your email address (to send your login informations)
• Your nationality

But you can also sign up teams, as many drivers as you want, the only condition is to be at least 2 drivers, so basically,
I need to know :

• The name of your team
• The drivers of your team

What files do we need ?

All files you need are available in this pack, actually it is a special GR copy (v.1.10c) for GRC, with tracks, cars, AIs, options, etc. well all you need for GRC.

Additional info

3 new drivers were included into the black list: Haruna - the champion of S18, mplume - the runner-up and also Reh who have got the status of gold driver thanks to more than 10 victories in GR events supported by GWR.

PS: Mistake, S18 runner-up was mplume. Lorenzo was blacklisted between S17 and S18 due to GRF1.

Yes, it's 1.10c. If you have problems with it use 1.05, it was OK during the last season.

PS: Mistake, S18 runner-up was mplume. Lorenzo was blacklisted between S17 and S18 due to GRF1.

Btw, with the current settings we won't start from the front row. But we are allowed to choose our starting position if I remember that right!? So we have to change this from "points reversed" to "points".

No, just overwrite the exe in folder by regular 1.10c exe from other folder. It will work, 100%. I had same issue while opening Buka's archive for EEO4. Out of that you raced with 1.10 in speedboat masters, 1.10 is not the issue.

Oh, and yes, feel free to start from pole. I've just used to race alone starting from the last position and forgot to change it. It will be also fixed tonight.

It is obviously too late for this season, but perhaps six seasons from now we can use the RD-04 rather than the 01?

The GRMv3 physics allow the RD-04 to be much easier to drive than the 01, plus I didn't have to fudge any handling values. It is also much lighter - 500 kg/250 mass rather than 610 kg/305 mass...
