Rules:

a) If a driver uses modified game and car files, he will be disqualified.
b) If a driver uses the wrong settings or restarts his race, he will be disqualified.
c) If a driver sends his files too late, he will be disqualified.
d) If a driver shortcut a track:
- first time:
1 second penalty
- second time:
3 seconds penalty
- third or higher time
disqualification
d) If a driver drive as bot or he will be in other car than he said in the joining from he will be disqualified
e) If two drivers have got the the same time, then first in calssification will be person who sent save earlier

Well, thanks to Gzehoo we have here already one no-login compo based exclusively on Maciej1's tracks with pretty extensive calendar (all on your list are also made by him in a version although not sure, if you're going to choose them), also GPR F1 season is ending (where some of those occurred) and not long a go one no-login touring car champ with long calendar of rwl tracks was cancelled because lack of entries, so I hope you'll take a lesson from this our experience. However if you'll choose some interesting and reasonably long calendar, I'll be in favour of joining, the car is interesting choice.

What about Login System? Will there be a one?

Below you can see attendance for last 3 rounds for championships with and without LS - it's easy to see that in champs with LS attendance is over twice bigger than in ones without LS.

And also, again newbie question, damage, tire wear, and fuel consumption are all set to zero, correct? And does the initial fuel load make any difference, or is there a specific setting that it needs to be on?

About settings:
This is hot lap compentition and these settings haven't got a sense.
About HotLap compentition:
You drive distance which one I said earlier and your time will be the time a fastest lap[/i] not e.g. time of a trial

No, this compo haven't go a LS

I think that this distance is enough.
