Just completed the last race. I enjoyed racing GHOST (waiting for season 2 ...), but I did not like my performance (except the great best lap in Akiram). I often suffer from poor first laps. That is the reason why I have 0 lead laps until now.

I liked the different car choices in the first couple of races. It would be interesting to ban the Formula.

Now I'm ready for the F1-weekend in Hockenheim.

Definitely a fun season, despite the fact that I got murdered in every race I enjoyed all of the different types of tracks that you don't normally see in compos Can't wait for the results of eight, I think that was my best race all year, and the only one that I might have a chance of a decent finish in. I agree that it was fun to have more options on cars, but on the majority of the tracks, the formula was the best choice, removing the car strategies. Perhaps instead of banning the formula (which would probably result in a bunch of races with the general), there should be a different carset for season 2, one that has a bunch of similar cars, but slightly different characteristics (i.e. one with better grip but less speed, one with better acceleration but worse grip, etc.) See you all in season 2.

For Eight, my speed was good, I liked the track, but the AI...

Thanks for the fun season anyway, nice to have different tracks than usual. But I must say that I don't think Eight is an oval since half of the time you turn to left, half of the time to right.

I think I will organize a season 2, maybe on September. What do you think about a surprise login system ? (random track chosen in a set of 20 or more tracks and a random car, like ToM competition)

For Eight, my speed was good, I liked the track, but the AI...

If in real, I'd be penalized for unsafe driving for turning all time with only one hand on steering wheel. The other would be busy by permanent giving a finger to AIs, e.g. penultimate lap lasted 1.5 secs more than usually because trying to overtake cumulated 4 AIs at one bend obviously failed.

Now waiting for results, good luck to all, who haven't raced.

But I think, I hadn't done a bad race. I think it will be a close result!

If you'd asked me at the beggining on what class I would place my bets for a win, I'd say ovals, no doubt. Yet this class was total failure and wins came on the sinius class It was strange that all oval practices where easy & fast yet races came upside-down .

Great championship, thanks Jo. At first I thought it won't be such fun with fighting against AIs all the time, but in the end fantastic organisation and bunch of nice statistics made it one of the greatest championship I raced

Congrats, Majortom! Those close results of the team, shouldn't it name rather Magneta Close Racing? Congrats to the title among teams, guys!

@ akouk: congrats to you for sinuous cup! And my pace? I think it was rather by those 100km endurance races with formula in last half year. But mainly I had lot of luck (a full train of it on rails likely). With so interesting entry list it wouldn't come in my mind, that it can end by this way, it's a bit like dream. So yes, it was very good season for me.

Good job with teammate akouk in Magenta Team. I miss the fight against Herbal Racing in last Races.

Planning S2 is good news. As one of the oldest driver in compos I need a lot of practice
to be fast on a track and against AIs, so I will lose performance in Surprise-Login .
I also liked the feature of free choosing the best car. I liked most the races,
where the best car isn't clear and there could be different strategies.
I think, this feature will be lost in Surprise-Login.

Anyway, looking forward to S2 ...

What should I say to my results:
Sinous tracks: 10th place + Ovals: 10th place = Overall standing: 10th place

But really nice last race: Better than jo.sk (World No. 7) and Akouk (World No. 1)! And finally best nation Germany (thanks and also congratz to Majortom!!)

Big congratz also to Trigger Happy! Really impressive season!

I'm looking forward to Season 2! I think this kind of point system is really interesting.

All in all I can only say: Chapeau!
