GRC : Apasta All-Star [Login][Race][Free entrance]

Gentlemen (and ladies if there are any ), start your engines!

We begin an event which is held to celebrate the 20th season of GeneRally Rookie Championship - one of the longest-livers in GR. And also it's a nice way to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the game itself. Thank you, good Finns, who created it. Thank you, all you guys, who spent hours and years making it so much fun.

Login info has been sent. Note: anyone who participated in regular GRC seasons (since March 2010) can participate in the race without any notice (if they still have passwords, of course). Others will have to ask me for a password.

Oh, and BTW, at the moment the entry list consists of 5 platinum-class drivers, 8 gold-class, 8 silver-class, and 1 bronze-class (according to JamesC's GRO rules).

I've made a mistake with the settings. I hope now it's clear: we have a race with masters settings.

Oh, and yes: you may start whatever position you like.

I never made the black list, but I never thought it would be right for me to compete in GRC.

But I like racing in special events. School starts next week, but I should be able to find some time.

Okay, this was strange. I accidently logged in for the GRC and got the R5 Vortex track. It seems both GRC and Apasta All Star use the same list of usernames and passwords. Anyway, I was logged in already, and then switched to the Apasta page, without having to enter password and name. But I hope you accept this delay of probably 3 minutes from when I logged in to when I started the race and was confused.

Not exactly. There are two lists. But you are in both of them because you were GRC contestant not so long ago.

Doh! Just out of curiosity, I clicked on Login on the Apasta All-Star page, thinking it would ask me to enter my username and password. I didn't know it would log me in right there and there. I guess it remembers my login credentials until I leave the website, and I just did my race for round 6.

Well I'm not ready to do my race. I only just unpacked my GRC_Apasta folder and was going to begin practicing. Does this make me disqualified now?

ACM, don't worry. Simply do your race and you'll see later. He'd either accept the excuse or not (and then I guess would mark it as DNF for the first login as no files were delivered in its relation while the second login would be ignored). And btw I'm sure, that Buka keeps in mind, that he's doing a champ for rookies.

I've done my race. I'm happy with it because I've break my own record by around 3 seconds , but still have a lot to learn yet.

I thought same at first, but then noticed, that the link in 1st post is link to login for regular GRC login. Then browsed the site and the login on very bottom of this page bellow Apasta All-Star entry list worked for me perfectly, so I could race. Maybe just same trouble?

Otherwise my race was OK, but nothing outstanding. I'm quite curious about av. kph of winner.

Ah, it was as Ivo said, the link in the first post is wrong.

Did my race, not fully satisfied but I guess ok when compared to the amount of practise.
