GeneRally Rally Circuit challenge [HL]

Greetings,
I am going to organise a rally styled event called GR Rally Circuit challenge.
What will be the event? It will be a Hotlap event with the rally actualy being a track, in which the competetors will do a number of laps and no AIs are required. The fastest time from all laps of the competetor will be applied in the final standings for the event. The racer with the fastest time will be declared the winner.

Settings:
Tyre wear - 25%
Fuel consumption - 5%
Fuel mass - 80kg
Damage - 30%
No AIs required as this is Hotlap compo
Pitstops? Pitstop are eligible at any time.

Which cars will be eligible? As a rally event the cars will be rally based. Here are the eligible cars:

WRC 1.6:
Citroen DS3 WRC
Ford Fiesta WRC
MINI John Cooper Works WRC
VW Polo WRC

Super 2000:
Ford Fiesta S2000
Skoda Fabia S2000
Peugeot 207 S2000
Abarth Punto S2000
Proton Satria S2000

Each team can have up to 4 cars each, but only if they have 2 WRC/S2000 cars in the team. For example Team A choses 2 MINI WRC for the third car they must use S2000 car. Or if Team B uses 2 Skoda Fabia S2000 and want to have third car they must use WRC car.

SEASON POINTS. The pointscoring system will be the same as the major real rallies - the FIA system. As both WRC and S2000 cars are eligible, there will be both WRC and S2000 trophies. The team trophy will be 1 with the best 2 results from each team will be counted for the championship.

Unfortunately no, but if I find a promoter like GRMFED or other it could be a login compo.

It will be a Time Trial event (...). The fastest time will be applied in the final standings for the event.

So it won't be a time trial, but hot lap.

Have you noticed that the best championships here have own webpage and calendar from the very beginning?

Basically what you are saying is "I want organise championship, details later, will you join?" when you should do quite the opposite - prepare all the details - especially calendar and tracks so people can download its to decide if join. It shows work you did to prepare to organising championship - if it looks like you spent some time on it more drivers will join as they see you are well prepared.

kuba's bang on. Even a more experienced, highly-reputable compo organizer could not get more than a couple of entries together without putting together the proper package beforehand. There are lots of competitions around, why should anyone compete in something that isn't remotely prepared?

The trackpack will be this. But selected rallies will be at the compo. It is only a concept for now. I will gather data for the rules before to finalise it all. So paitience folks - the first post will be updated.

The calendar and rules are updated. The dates will be decided the next few weeks. The compo will start not before the end of GRMFED DTM 2012 compo.

Will there be a different performance between the S2000 and the WRC cars?
By the way, I hope that you get the login system to work, because that will attract the most players.

This compo is closed. Looks like no one is interested in non-login compos. I hate the login system - too complicated

Looks like the organisation of this compo, khm, very poor. You should make a maximum of details, and very high organizing level, but you don't worked with it. Result is here

Due to the bad organisation I am not going to create any compos for now. I will concentrate strictly on participation in other compos. It seems that I don't have the skills of compo maker like Herbal, Dan, Trigger Happy and others
