The rules seem clear enough this time, perhaps you should change it from AI to human drivers, and add a few rules pertaining to human driving, and perhaps a login system (you are likely to get more racers that way), then you might get some interest. I for one might join if that is the case, although the 30km race length is a bit long for my taste. Also make sure you get permission to use the cars and tracks. This sounds like a really good idea, but it needs to be human racers.
