Yes at Mercedes, but because it's Team-Manager wasn't active since October, you have to create a new team, as long as it's follow the Rule 4 of the Team Regulation:
4. Creating a new team
4.1. Team Manager is able to create a new team when all seats in other teams are taken.
4.2. New team requirements:
4.2.1. Team Manager is obligated to present his new team in Press Centre or in league topic (on GRIF) along with name of the team, *.car file attached to the post with team painting and informations about drivers in team, their starting numbers and helmets.
4.2.2. Team Manager can create a team which participated in Formula 1 World Championship.
4.3. League Administrator decides about authorization of the team.

@FRUKIScze there was huge crowd during qualifying session, you could joined our series just for one race, many people were asking "where is he? Where is he?".

Caterham team boss RobertRacer commented the Nordschleife-Race and the Czech qualifying:
