Seis Horas Peruanas 2014 [Race] CANCELLED!!!

Hi everyone, this are a short endurance race, Seis Horas Peruanas (Peruvian Six Hours in english), how still none peruvian track are done in the forums, this will be done in a Peruvian-looking track, i go the put in a poll, here is the rules.
1. Cars

the cars are the BTCC 2014 pack by Herbal. All cars from the pack are included, except the Civic Tourer (can be included if it's requested). Here are the following list of eligible cars:
Audi A4
Audi S3 4dr
BMW 1 Series (F20)
Chevrolet Cruze 4dr
Chevrolet Cruze 5dr
Ford Focus ST MK3
Honda Civic Mk9
Mercedes A-Class
MG 6GT
Opel/Vauxhall Insignia
Proton Persona
Toyota Avensis
VW CC

2. Game settings

Tyre: 22%
Fuel: 15%
Mass: 80kg
Damage: 40%
3 Ai's!!!
GameSpeed: 100
Race distance: 15 minutes (+2 laps)

3. Sporting regulations

1. All races will be conducted on daylight - no palettes required
2. Wrong car - 10 seconds Time Penalty
3. Modified car or track ---> DQ (for second violation will be suspension from the season
4. Start from 1st position
5. Files (screenshot, save, track file) need to be send not after 23:59 CET on the deadline date. Otherwise - DNA (Did not attend)
6. Cut the Pit-Exit-Line is forbidden!

4. Point system:

15-12-10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (TOP10)

1. Name
2. Nationality
3. Team (if you want be a privateer driver, only write ''privateer'')
4. Car - you must choose cars from the list and create your livery via Car Editor.

Is it Time Trial or Race? After watching on settings I guess that it's Race so [TT] tag is useless in the topic title.

And BTW (by the way) can you also upload the gamepack? (If you can't decide between Cyrano Town Int. and Nuevo Cuzco, throw a coin. )
