Thank you all for your commitments. Right now we anticipate up to 18 participants at the same time.

At the moment, majortom is working on a tool to make your login attempt even less complicated (for both of us). We have decided to extend the starting grid depending on the number of participants to make your QF positions more important. And at the same time we plan to get rid of first corner encounters involving the AI.

I strongly suppose there will be a testing session to make yourselves familiar with the new login program (in case we decide to use it over last year's).

Although 18 participants would perfectly match the number of teams in real F1, I will certainly prepare a Marussia, a Caterham and a Brawn.
The cars will obviously not be finished before the real F1 Australian GP. The exact dates of our Calendar and the game modification itself will be released after that. We're not planning to make it a 'GTA V spring release date', though.

Let us, please, first use the real F1 car pack (Merc, RBR, Williams, Ferrari, Macca, Force India, Toro Rosso, Lotus, Sauber and maybe Manor/Marussia) + the Caterham that I can copy from last year. If there are more participants than cars available, I will surely paint a Honda instead of that Brawn for you (though that livery will be hard to recognize with only 3 polys for the airbox).

Don't worry. It's not like there is a limited amount of seats. It's true, though that fifteen 20+ km races will take a bit longer than the usual GR competitions.

Just a quick notification:

If you want to enter alone without a specific GeneRally team or a team mate, there are multiple free seats left.
If you want to enter a new GeneRally team, which is not on the list yet, Force India is the only chance to do so at the moment. I strongly suspect that there will be additional constructors in the coming week, though.

Chances are high that you can partner Gzehoo at McLaren if you want to. The seat is temporarily occupied as it is directly linked to the second Ferrari seat, which was Lee's. Just give me a few hours of sleep now and then I will sort it out later today.
But keep in mind, McLaren will be a Lambda team not a CZRT unless you both agree on something.
And thanks for the nice words, we're trying our best every year (every one and a half year actually).
