On the calendar on the GRFGP page and on the setting image for this race, the deadline was on 15th May. :shhh:

Where exactly on the image I can see that?

In the first post and at GWR (most probably because it was taken from that post) deadline isn't on 15th.

Good, I didn't saw that there wasn't any date. Sorry. :ouch:

But, GWR is only updated every few weeks, so I check every event double until I drive.

Mh, well in fact the website says deadline 15.05 and also I already posted this:
zgr wrote:Just one week after the Spanish Grand Prix we move on to the classic French Grand Prix on the Circuit de Mondega! Glamor, gloss and gloria, see you in Monaco :bg:
French GP - Circuit de Mondega.png
Results will follow later for the Spanish Grand Prix!
...
and like always your login-time for a race is 1 week. It could be that I made in wrong in the first post and GWR took these information, but website + the "information-table" with weather and lenght, 9.05-15.05 Mondega :?

So, if GWR and your website seem to contradict each other, you should start writing the deadlines on the information sheets before each GP to avoid any further confusion I think, it will be much clearer for everyone.

But now, Mondega, results tomorrow
Well, good job zeg...I made the results...
BUT I think about to extend the deadline for Mondega until this very next sunday, because there are more AI drivers then "Human"...but I will not decide it alone... Do you guys think that it's a good idea to extend it?

RACES

I'm the second driver in this season to win the race and again in rainy conditions  "luckily" Maclape dominated last years race

RobertRacer with a great result! With AI replacing Human, we had 12 drivers finished the race, 16 started it

See ya next week!

Login is ready!
It's rainy, BUT the ideal line dry, so you have to decide if you want to risk it and drive on dry tyres OR stay safe and be slower on the wet tyres!
DEADLINE THIS SUNDAY, 29.05.2016

That damned curve is way too wet to race with dry tyres

Also which combinations of IA should we choose? Can we race with wet tyres and IA with dry?

With the AI is your choice. That's not important for me in this race ;)

These current FormulaGP cars are just horrible! HOR-RI-BLE!!!

Maybe I'm the only one person who is thinking like this, but IMO if there are fictional rwl-styled tracks, the current FGP car should be changed for 2017.
Current physic is not good for this car - even if there are random engines.
I proposed earlier about making them longer and wider - to make them more like original open-wheelers, even from F1 (screen below).
fgp_2017.png
And yes, I'm frustrated. Not about my results (because I know there are drivers better than me), but about driving this car.
I don't want to resign from this compo, but current FGP model is not for me. IMO it's too old and not compatible with the physic.
Sometimes I want to bite and eat the tyres in my car.

I don't want to force zgr to change it, it's only my personal opinion, so I hope you're not angry at me.

I agree with Gzehoo. IMO this car is undrivable. Rain version is little better.
Model is too wide for driving with AIs.

That's some quick reaction time from you, this car has been used, in roughly unchanged form, for (at least) 5 years by now

Yes, it's used from 5 years, but now when we have more and more fictional rwl-styled tracks, we really need some change with the car.

And again please for thinking about that.

Uff, well, this took me by suprise, because we really drive the cars for 5 straight years, like Lorenzo said.
I already had the same thoughts and worked (work) on some new cars for 2017:
Changed Car.png
In fact, I think it's too late to change the car in mid-season for everybody, but for the next season, I think about to make the car with some help... so I will ask some carmasters here to redesign the car for 2017.

Results for the British GP this evening or tomorrow.

I didn't mean changing car during the season, I meant changing car for the next season. But even if you will make it for Season 2017, it will be better.

My opinion on GRFGP cars:

I don't mind how the cars look like. You can make your cars look different from the default car, but I wouldn't mind about a new car look. ;)

Also, you can change the physics of the car regularly, but IMO the 2014 cars were for me the best to drive, perfect balance and good speed. The 2015 cars were the worst to drive IMO, too much understeer and if you can't deal with it well (like me) then you'll be very slow.

2016 cars were much better, but still some understeer. :shhh:

RESULTS!

Fastest Lap by a "human" driver: Nordicstar - 20.18
Great performance by Jefferson to win his home Grand Prix. Championship leader Zegarek finished 2nd in front of Nordicstar. Biggest positive suprise this weekend are Kuba, who out-performed his teammate and also finished 4th, his best result this year. Wall finished 5th in his just 2nd race. USGP and R-S Team Austria finally get the pace to fight for some championship points, Maeta und Piova seems to be a srtong partnership.
LuckyWin and Planetgenerally.de are the biggest negative suprise. While LuckyWin only scored 4 points, PGR.de failed to score some points.
Next stop, is the Ottawa Racepark in Canada in two weeks!
