Generally Formula Upgrade Championship - a new idea

Hi!
I want to organize a championship, I search members who want to participate in this championship!
Main idea
The racers have a basic formula car, what I made. Each team have the opportunity to upgrade the cars.
Plan
2-3 tests - upgrading points to teams
15-20 races - championship points to drivers and teams; upgrading points to teams
Race format
Race - 3 AI
Championship point - ???
Upgrading points - half of championship points
Tracks
??? - maybe each driver can choose a track
