TRUTH

Post by Haruna »

People had debated on my gender on the old forums.
I am a guy.
This ends all debates on my gender.

Cheers,
Haruna.

Ohh, so someone was still in doubt...
Ok, let's keep the fun up then. I'm sure this is a work of CIA. They have taken the real Haruna and are now using her account to prove something that isn't true! :o

You're right Ivo, I'll quit this conversation before it gets too close to "Mobbing".

Haruna Say, my I apologize if I sounded too rude, but what'd you expect by starting this thread!

It didn't stop the discussing about your gender, it only mad things worse. :!:

Wow, to think I posted something and people think it's all a big fat joke.

What, am I supposed to be the butt monkey of the GeneRally forums?

One topic is enough for this theme imho.

To answer you, Haruna, I don't understand, what mean the butt monkey, but simply to say, you're very mysterious person. E.g. I was very confused in many ways.

The one who is always mocked, poked fun at, or otherwise that one person who is treated badly very often.

Mysterious? I've revealed all you need to know. What, you want me to post pictures when very clearly I refuse to post them for privacy reasons?

Oh wait, nevermind since you guys just Google'd my name like you are trying to find me guilty for something.

My confusion is/was not based on lack of info, but by contradiction of words said by you or by other about you. Nothing more.

No one force you to say something, what you out want to say, but if is contradiction between said things, don't be surprise by a question of persons, who meets you. ;)

Haruna, I am sure none of the guys wanted to mock you in any way. I think I can speak on behalf of all forumers here if I say that we respect you for YOU, and we don't really care for your gender. If you say you're "a guy", we believe you. If this subject bothers you so much, that you created a thread for it, then I don't think it's appropriate we make fun, even if we don't mean bad. I hope you don't feel uncomfortable in our company here and that my words have at least a bit reassured you. :ghug:

Well... Have to go for now.

Post by James C. »

So... As you may notice, I'm no longer active these last weeks, and indeed, I am no longer active. So I'm off for a while, of course, you already know that I lent the keys of GRC to Buka, so this old, traditional and important competition will stay active and I'm sure that Buka will do a great work... But about my other projects or compos, consider them as cancelled.

Why am I leaving ? Two reasons : First, I am not as motivated as I was, and I must admit that after 6 years and half organizing competitions, racing in competitions, and sometimes making stuff, I felt I was always doing the same things... And if I still have ideas, I barely find motivation to do it, and of course, I would like to do any kind of possible competition and I don't have time, I don't think it is a good excuse, because I think if you really want to do, you can do, but in my case, I have some ideas that would need time to set up (define rules, find tracks etc.)... So all I to do is to leave you for a moment and wait a better moment to be back to business.

Maybe I'll come back some day... For until then, I guess I'll only lurk time to time... However, I think I may organize the 24 hours this Summer, so stay tuned.

Thanks for all the fun and good luck with your non-GR activities. A break is always a good idea in situations like this. I'm not sad since I know you're coming back, eventually. ;)

Dear James, it's a sad news... we (provisory) loose a great compo owner and even if we often disagreed (on some details), our discussions were really useful for the world of the GR compos. And in general we were on the same wave, we worked together for the community with passion from very long time. We started quiet together at the same time and transformed the BMW team into the Team Esperanza. Then we worked together on the GCF forum and for the GWR... Those were the days... It's strange to imagine the GR world without you. In short, I'll miss you.

But I know it's only a good bye.... so good break and "see" you soon. :bg:
