I saw it news, he was very angry on coach. But it doesn't give answer why Dutchs don't play hockey on the ice instead of making village-to-village trips.

Of course they know what to do with that black piece of rubber, and holding a stick isn't THAT difficult, but they're not used to do this on ice!!
BTW, they DO play icehockey in Holland, there's also a World championship held in Tilburg (NL) this year: IIHF.
I can also say that the biggest win was 19-0 against spain, in 1978, and the biggest defeat was 1-23, against Denmark.
Their current rank in the IIHF is 24th, but don't ask me what that means!
