I started going to car driving school to get license :D. So first car I ever drove was Škoda Fabia 1,9 (first generation). Can´t wait to try some amateur rally next year with my Škoda Felicia which is waiting in my garage :trampo:. Although I still have lot of work to do on it :hide:

:eyes: That seems interesting!

I still have to wait 2,5 years to be allowed to drive a car, as in Finland you can do it in the age of 18. (my sister got her license a couple of weeks ago) Actually 2 years, since it is possible to start driving school half a year before turning 18.

It looks really bad, as I said it needs to be almost remade, and I still haven´t implented safety frame and things like that ;). I hope it´ll be ready for next late spring. Also now I don´t have enough money to race and build it but I hope I will :D.

Have to say not a lot has happened on the driveway lately. Had the engine stripped and rebuilt on the Kingswood from the ground up, fitted a thermo fan to the new radiator. How does it drive you say? It's a beast, says I. Love it despite it's many numerous faults. ;)

"Ted" finally up to reliable standards hopefully, the battery terminals, earth point and terminal switch cleaned up and retightened. Was having a lot of trouble with it not wanting to start. Numerous loose bits and rusty things make not a happy motor.

I might even do some more pics soon. Even though not a lot has changed physically lately.

Maybe it was an old, very rusty car with the crappiest engine and the worst interior? my dad sold a Volvo Amazon 121 for ~500€. It was totally rusted, but it had a sunroof, very rare for this model. So I think $150 isn't too few (but do you have $ in finland? :really: )

We have a Volvo 940 gas-fuelled and a e30 beemer. He likes old cars and rear wheel drive ;)

Nah. We got it for free, then it was broken, then we fixed it, then it was so long in the yard, that grass didnt grow under it.
Actually, when we was fixing it, they still was going to get it back. Then they got another car, better one and left the opel to us, so thats why it was not used.

E:Sorry, we have euros I just did the cash thingy there

Darndest thing happened the other day. Washed the car first thing on Sunday about 7am in the morning (during a bloody gale, that saved having a wash or shower in the long run :rolf: ) and all the brown rubbish on the tyres has completely gone, all black tyres now. Normally that's not a strange thing, but considering that dirt has been on there stubbornly for... oh, 4 months now? ;)

My mother drives a Toyota MR-2 (base model, non-turbo) during summer days:

(this is not the exact model, my mom's is a bit more beaten up because the previous owner fails at taking care of cars)

The tires on staggered wheels were dead, so I had to find something to replace them. Setup will lack rear grip til sticky rubber can be purchased. :bg:
