Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
I would prefer the first one, but all are beautiful.
Only one note, ATM we cannot overtake calling 'official' forum - what is official or not can choose author of game, not we. So GeneRally Racers Forum instead 'official forum' will sound better.

Even without that, I prefer the second one anyway.

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
So let's ask the Rabinäs if they allow us to call it "official" Otherwise I'll make it "international community" or something
I'm still working on the banners and waiting for DXTR's response.
Personally, I don't like the blue one very much. Seems so chaotic and all those elements don't match perfectly. But hey, I had to offer a second one

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
It can take weeks before they can give us this title. Maybe they will want to see first, if we can survive and do this job seriously. So for now really the best would be the official name of forum (GRRF). We already are international community.RudyOosterndijk wrote:So let's ask the Rabinäs if they allow us to call it "official" Otherwise I'll make it "international community" or something

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
Agreed. We're not in such a hurry, are we? Maybe the domain will also change. DXTR thought about that.
But the name's not the problem. I'll probably put something international to it. Sounds bigger and more professional. Hope that fits the forum here

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
Please don't bump old threads, it just clutters the forums, and confuses other forum-members!!!
Welcome back everybody!!
BTW rudy, I'd prefer the third banner, but with the two cars from the first one. These cars look beautiful with those shiny tires!!

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
All I shall say on the matter is that I would rather have the "official" forum on here than a server that has as much reliability as a 30 year old Datsun.
Oh, and hello. Guess who?

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
I like third banner but if it could be in other colour theme than orange good work, maybe you should make a new thread with voting the best banner
Mad Dan // Storm Racing
Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
IMO, there should be a different version for each theme. If possible, that matches it.

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
I certainly do, and I'm considering naming it "RSC" after it smashed the driveshaft to pieces. Oh well, proper rebuild now...Lukeno1 wrote:Indeed he is. Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
I'm glad to be back with all fantastic guys from old (and never forgotten) RSC forum.
But...OMG! it will be very difficult to adapt to your new nicknames
Edit: Mi banner's pick: the 3rd one
Edit: I must choose a new avatar & signature, any suggestions?

Re: Hello and welcome, friends!
terrible shame about RSC but nice to see so many familiar faces again! i hope we make a decent new home for our generallyselves
as for those banners by rudy, the third one is the best, much nicer font, but why orange? surely purple would be better. at least the forum is green , these are generally colours afterall...
