i think a more appropriate poll (if there is need for one at all, i mean we have the feature request thread) would have been how many cars? 6,8,10,12, more

If we want more than 12 players we need bigger tracks. For me 10 or 12 will be perfect.

you forgot that we can select the number of cars, if you have up to 20, for example, you will be able to select 6 easily isn't it?
and for me around 14-20 will be perfect

As many as possible! Even if GR supported 100 cars on a track, you could still do 6 or even less if you wanted... so why does there have to be a limit at all?

There has to be a limit somewhere else you end up with a messy lump of code, and also nowhere to start the cars from.

I'd say 8-12. I like racing with F1 and one car for each team would be fine with me. Now the mechanic ares would be another story, we would need to modify them to accomodate the extra cars.
