I haven't used it myself yet, but given how unlikely proper multiplayer implementation is, Parsec seems like an ideal solution assuming you have a solid internet connection and don't live on the other side of the world from anyone else.Parsec connects two devices to let you play your PC games from anywhere on any device.

UPDATE: This isn't even a big issue! I've played another game over Parsec, a shooter that requires good aim and thus low latency, with a Russian player, and it worked perfectly. Sadly, I didn't record any footage (and I was host anyway), so I can't demonstrate it in action.
