Wohoo, I was in school when the game only was born and I begin to play it (thanks to my bro Oleksa ), I played GR during my studies in the university and I still play it now when I work on serious job. I play it for the third part of my life already. Thanks Hannu and Yukka, and thanks GR, and thanks the community . I hope that we'll meet the 9th anniversary with new version. Please.

Its amazing to see that an offline game is so alive as an online community.
I started with v1.2 about a year after first release and now back after a long break its so great to see that its still alive and kicking.

8 years is a lot for a game (but I'm also in a 10-year-old McM2 community)... how many things have been done in these 8 years??

I did some estimations and I'd say something like:
· 1500 tracks (replicas, based on real, fantasy, unreal and some WTF-tracks)
· 800 vehicles (cars, pick-ups, trucks, buses, bikes, boats and many other things)
· 80 palettes
· 10 soundpacks

... and LOTS of software to help everybody so we can create a lot more things
I think someone should start a new web and make a database with EVERYTHING you can find for Gr: tracks, cars, palettes, soundpacks, editors, etc.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I was reffering to die996's post, where he said 1500 tracks. I have no idea about cars or other stuff, but I must have seen about a thousand different tracks myself and I play GR since '08.

I think, that TuomoH said somewhere about 1,5 year back, that he has over 9 thousands in some of his folders ...

I has only about 3000. crashed too early after my registration there.
