He didn't released it on RSC AFAIK, because he was working on finishing the track quite closely before RSC end. Maybe a mail directly to him will help you.

Someone got Sepang International Circuit and Shanghai International Circuit RSC versions?

I know it's a lot to ask... but i'm new at GeneRally and missed RSC... so i don't know where to download them now...

but any of these tracks would be appreciated

Lot of those tracks can be found at site of Track of the Month, but several of them were never did or not very well.

none of them was avaliable in the trackpacks i downloaded at TOM...
there's any other place i can find them?

I think, that they are there (e.g. Marrakesh earned lot of votes), but it looks, that the site doesn't work properly. It will be probably moved very soon (in days), so then I recommend you to re-visit the site on new address.

As far as I know, they weren't available at all as a pack. (As stated on the ToM site).
Of course when someone downloaded each track from 'RSC, he/she could put them together as a pack and send 'em to you (and to me)

Why haven't they been packed in a zip file?

The trackpack? One by one, from different authors. I can suggest you ToM for this work. However once if this will be finally decided, reallife tracks will have their own section...
