The track does not contain any useful info about the author or any other clues about it. I'm afraid that restoring wont happen unless I/we find any info about the author :(

He might have forgotten to write his name into the description, but Deepwood Hills was made by scoobyonline2000. Just use the search function on ToM site. It's in the March 2007 zip.

LongBow, thanks for restoring Piet's tracks, they're a wonderful piece of GR history and have definitely influenced my trackmaking as well.

I don't remember receiving any tracks by Piet from anyone. Maybe you sent them to someone else...
Anyway, the good thing is that these tracks are back online :yipee:

After observing the two most recent thread uploads, I double checked my own archive of downloaded tracks and found that DjiM made one other track. Would you like to recieve this, Garbre, and if so, how should I send it to you?

@Westheim: Cool to see you back here. You're wrong about people not liking your tracks - if you didn't make anything good, why did I remember you made some evolution (or generations?) tracks even before reading through your posts? :D

Well, you know, I've always been a complainer...

All blame for me reappearing should be placed with LongBow, by the way, who dug me out a few days ago. :)

I have at least the tracks, although I don't know whether I have all of them. There may even be unreleased ones in the bunch (but no gems...)

Also I'm glad to see you back, Westheim!

And huge thanks for uploading your works on your own here, for two reasons - obviously it's helping to LongBow and Garbre to focus on next names in their huge list and secondly also it's nice to read at least the brief info about background of each track, this is irreplaceable by any sort of effort of anybody else than author himself. Pity, that some more people around (and even everyday active here) aren't as kind in this point as you are! :bg:

Hi Strava,

First of all I'd just like to say thanks for your work creating and sharing your tracks.

Is there any chance that you would still have your other tarmac tracks handy for upload? The ones such as AFX, Pikes Peak, Blue Ridge, Arlone, freeway75 etc.

I'm a big fan of those old tracks and was wondering whether there might be any more that I am missing.

regards,

Wilson
