My opinion

Post by dead14vii1640 »

After reading their names, I dreamt about some special tracks with strange (and maybe cool) elements  . After this 1st disappointment, I found some nice layouts with standard enviroments.

You'll see in the future... these are really simple preliminary tracks, with no work on hmap and very "squared" layouts. About their names, these are the only tracks with rock (maybe heavy metal) band names, I used to post all my tracks under song names with 2 exceptions in RSC GR forum. But names don't mean anything in my tracks.

EIDT: and those tracks are from 2004, when GR standards were not as high as they are now

2010 Trackpack? or following tracks please?

Post by soumen08 »

Is there a possibility of getting a coherent f1 2010 trackpack? The only link I found had a download which had been deleted by an admin!
Anyway, can someone suggest where I can find the following tracks?
1) The hungaroring
2) Monza
3) Singapore
4) Korea
5) Abu Dhabi
Regards

Look for the G-tracks thread, there you can find a lot of the circuits you're searching for. Another possibility is the ToM website. I guess you'd check 'm both for finding the circuits you're looking for.

And the other 4 tracks were made by more than 1 trackmaker, so you can and must find these somewhere at this forum ;)

Hey, what about re-uploading the F1 Puppy tracks? Just reviewed them and at least half of them are made by you... I would like to upload mine but I think a full package of tracks would be better...just let me know.

Sorry but no idea how I did it..its been so many years now I have created a track. But I guess I used Paint Shop Pro for the hmap editing.
Nice to hear you like it :)

I really love some of your tracks, I like these kind of undithered tracks only made with the basic tools of Microsoft's paint and these kind of things. I specially like the Dierry off-road tracks, Noble park and Lodz newpond and I already had Echo hills and Pienisaari on my HDD.

Could I modify them (put safepits or even re-surface the rally tracks) only for personal use and to make a couple of AI championships (no real user involved)??

You don't need to ask permission for personal use

I don't understand why people ask permissions to change something they will just personally use on their computer. It's impossible to supervise and why would the author even care

Yeah, for personal use you can even change them into stunt tracks ;) I don't know if I think right, do you want to make the competition only for yourself too? Go ahead, you can even make some cometition here on forums with those modified tracks!
