Point was that I sent him/her a PM about his/hers turn. He/she never answered me and was still active many days in other sections. Felt like he/she didn't want to be a member of this forum, but just confuse us and joke around. If he/she tried to be a normal member and there was a some sort of accident (he/she forgot the "motorsport game") I apologize. But I was a bit angry back then . I'm not mean just for fun.

Not everyone answers PMs, and perhaps he/she did not wish to be a member any longer.

But he let the game without saying anything. And was active with "motorsport game"

Well, who knows how die996's mind works. Also, people disappear all the time whilst active for a variety of reasons.

Wasn't it obvious? Tuomo and me were just waiting to observe the intentions he's coming with. Nothing changed, he apparently still wishes to play his games, to troll and abuse people around (like now-deleted dirtmaster avatar) and it was getting more and more over the top by each next act, so it ended like usually. Genuinely, I didn't think it did worth for a special note, Wouter.

Except, you should've done, because it probably caught people, like me, out, and I wouldn't have realized what happened if Wouter hadn't posted

And this in my eyes really isn't an important event deserving much more attention than a . Other official brief statements (like about moderator actions) commonly belong only to threads/posts, which they affect (like I did). Then it's up to you to keep your eyes open.
