Czech language for GR v1.2 / Čeština pro GeneRally v1.2

Hello guys.
I noticed I have no Czech language set fully compatible with new options available in latest GR version, so I wrote one. Here it is for anybody else, who may find it useful a bit:

Me cestina jde i s verzi 1.2
A Czech language works also with 1.2 for me.

Of course, older files still work, but they are lacking the new options in menus (about fullscreen/window mode, timed races, palettes etc), so English is substituted there by default. I didn't like that sort of mess, so this file has it all translated (that's why 'fully compatible' contrary to older sets).
BTW please, provide also English translation, when wish to use own native language (like Czech) in a reply here on forum.
