I hope oval is not completely flat. Ovals need a little bit of banking at less.
Btw, I don't really like these kind of outer sections of the roval courses. Except some weird unused rovals (Texas World speedway and New Hampshire international speedway), ovals do not have roadcourse outside its limits.

Out of this, track is good.

This is not as much US oval, but more a testing facility in my feelings (e.g. there are no stands, euro pit lane, no apron, external sections, grass gap between fencing and track), which make his ''weird'' feeling for ''US Indy/Nascar eyes''. And I quite like it, even if I would appreciate more details in lmap like better grid. ;)
