[cir] Jimbob

Post by chapnis »

A peaceful beachside racetrack is a long one complemented by high capacity of seating for fans and a strikingly creative name. It is a completely flat track as the creator of the universe (i.e. me) hasn't yet managed to do HMap without mucking the track up.

Any and all constructive criticism will be much appreciated. There is a "clean" version and then a "messy" version where I got out the spray can on paint and went nuts :)

Hope you enjoy it.

Edit: V2 added.

- sth. behind the pitbuiling
- hmap

sth. behind pitbuildings - that means, that you could make more objects behind the buildings of the pits
and hmap for beginner...mmh...just make high points, whre you want and then smooth all ;)

Also, that pitlane feels odd to me, why doesn't it end joined to the track? Does the circuit itself have any HMAP? Also, try playing around with the angle/zoom settings, to show less of the blue sky. I don't like the rectangular corners that aren't smoothed, nor the oil patches on them. Try to vary the tree types and placements in one place, and add some bushes and stones. Also, add some more dithering on the tarmac, grass and sand. That said, the layout has potential, and the track deserves a V2 after a lot of work is put in.

And zegarek, please write in proper English, as I don't know what "sth." means, and I am actually English... :D
