[cir] Slug Wing

Post by egamad »

Hello, my next track is a circuit, and it's called
:cflag: Slug Wing :cflag:

World Size : 200
Track Length : 393; 309; 369 meters
Description : A wing of a slug in 3 layouts.

I'm confident to say that this is my best circuit so far, and I really enjoyed creating it. :trampo:
Big thanks to Trigger Happy for beta testing and for providing crucial feedback. :hattip:

Very very enjoyable, all 3 layouts! Track width is perfect and the layouts have a nice rhythm (but guys beware, there's a super strong magnet hidden behind the fences by top right houses :) ). It It is really fun! The AI is also challenging! And fiinally it looks excellent!

Been watching some Ray William Johnson have we? :P

As for the track, it is jolly nice to have another superb fullscreen track, the flow is great, especially on C and A.

Nice to see you pulling off rally and circuit tracks, beautifully

Whoa, that's a narrow track :eyes: But I like it! It reminds me of older race tracks such as Spa.
I liked C layout the most, that top part of it (C) is so awesome :D B's chicane was too 'loose'... I mean you can drive it almost straight. A was 2nd best, I usually don't like slower sections but this wasn't a problem now.

This is the best looking track I've seen for a while here. As always in your tracks, the usage of objects is really great. The lines on the air strip are very appealing. That tarmac-dirt texture at the house in middle-ish is great. Sand based ground under the forest is awesome :o
Only thing I didn't like so much was the dithering on tarmac.

I watch his episodes kind of regularly, as they're funny 3-5 minute video summaries of everything interesting on youtube. :)

@Ivo: never say never.. But I'm not thinking in this direction for the time being.

@Aleksi: Thank you for a detailed comment. I'm glad that you like it, as it is probably much inspired by your evergreen circuits..one way or another. And the airstrip was the one thing I based the entire track on, but it got pushed aside a bit in the process.

Excellent and Great track(s)!!

I like pitch differences of the H-map. About H-map, that leaves more excellent progress, IMHO.

BUT, I really like this circuit, and will give 5 star.
5/5! :bg: Great job!
