PoY 2010 - Eligible Tracks

Hello dear community!

Happy New Year!

Soon, it's time for Annual Elections, means ToY (Track of the Year) and PoY (Pack of the Year).
For PoY, we need some kind of nominations for more comfort for the voters.
I've collected all tracks (tracks tagged with [tpk]), you can find it below.

Now, it's your turn. Please nominate tracks by calling track name/author, just like in ToM nominations thread.
Discussions are also allowed because maybe we need to discuss about several trackpacks whether they are allowed to take part in PoY.

I will mark nominated tracks bold.
Excluded packs are crossed out.

It's also possible, that a trackpack is missing / an author is wrong / etc. If so, just tell me.

I'm sorry, but this track is not eligible for PoY, because according to rule 1.a.c
"(...) Several tracks which are just variations of one track are no trackpack. (...)"
it's no trackpack.

Hmm.. rule 6.e.a says:

Rule 6.e.a: In PoY you can vote for every trackpack that was published in the year in question (GMT)
Exception: Trackpacks which are just track collections (= the single tracks have no or few similarities) are excluded.

Strictly speaking, we have to include the definition of "trackpack" in this rule, as defined in rule 1.a.c. (see above)

i think it needs to be discussed at least.

my is that trackpacks are totally different circuits released in the same zip such as BmxSim by TuomoH

also, should packs like GeneSuomi's tracks by GeneSuomi be included because they are re-uploads

I've updated rule 6.e.a:

Rule 6.e.a:
In PoY you can vote for every trackpack that was published in the year in question (GMT)
Some tracks are excluded. Rules for exclusion are:

1. The trackpack contains only variations of one track. (see also rule 1.a.c)
2. The tracks contained have nothing to do with each-other. E.g. if someone posts a collection of all his old tracks.
3. In unclear cases, the community discusses and decides democratically whether the trackpack is eligible.

I've now excluded the following tracks because of the rules:

Best of Haq I would say no, as the majority of tracks are previous releases. The other three there I would personally say yes to.

Best of haq has half of tracks previously relased, not major part of it but whatever I still have some trackpacks there....
(15 older and 15 totally new tracks )

@Tuomo, IMO "Word" is a trackpack. Okay, it's really simple ^^ but if someone likes it - why not?

I don't agree with the removal of Best of Haq, as it would clearly be within the rules if some tracks were removed from it, or the Speedway one, as they are, while similar, not the same.

But the Best of Haq was a compilation of previously released tracks, therefore ineligible
