Just a quick note: make gaps between tags, please - otherwise your tracks couldn't be find via searching feature by others. Just edit subject row of the 1st post. ;) Second, I strongly recommend to add 1-2 screenshots, people don't like downloading zips without knowing, how looks the content inside. If you don't know how, look 4. of uploading handbook.

You have GR future. I could send to you how did use a better editor and a few tips.
ATM:
-When making tracks only in TE, use a few Rope lenght.
-Oil isn't a good feature on most of our tracks. Generally it's used on kerbs and in safepitting.
-To do not allow a car to escape so much and lose the track, put a few invisible walls. Same thing between two cones.

He did.

What's wrong on placing very small oil leak on track? It's actually quite popular and common detail.

Good work, tomr3. :bg: Try to discover options of external editors too. :)

well, i'm impressed, given time and practice i see you making very good tracks. Take inspiration from other track makers; look at techniques that they have used, keep reading through tutorials and practice with external editors like Ivo said and you will be there in no time!

Well there's lots:

Snakeditor
GIMP
Paint.net
MS Paint
GRHMedit
Tracktool

and much more! All of the programs mentioned above are free.
Look to the left ----------------> that's to the right, mate :(

Hannu, who art in Finland, Räbinä be thy name. Sim racers come, races are won, at Agari, as at Xupong. Give us this day our version 1.06, and forgive us all our impatience, as we race those who challenge against us. Lead us not into boredom, but deliver us from work. For thine is the GeneRally, and the AI, and the race cars. Amen!

I use PSP 9 too, haha. I have more advanced and newer software too, but I've been using PSP for 10 years so it's hard to let go.

Tom, the thing that strikes me most about your tracks is the odd tree placement. It's either really sparse but regular, or incredibly dense. Though that may be intended, it's a little unnatural and for that reason a little odd looking
