I agree it's an nice work for a beginner. Theres a neighborhood and a marina outside, they were nice ideas. Layout features high speed straights and a interesting chicane feature.

all the textures copuld had the know dithering, it made the lmap looks better, object placement can be done a more elaborated way keeping you idea, consider a better planing on object placement. I know the potential this track have, so i can consider it a nice work.

Why to like simple tracks?? Simple answer... simple tracks constantly brings some of the funnier layouts i could see! This track is really one of that cases, i just loved that layout! Congrats on it!

This issue on walls have no much do to with. I think that walls could be layered a little better bu the idea must to be kept anyway.
