How about champion co-drivers?
Hannu, who art in Finland, Räbinä be thy name. Sim racers come, races are won, at Agari, as at Xupong. Give us this day our version 1.06, and forgive us all our impatience, as we race those who challenge against us. Lead us not into boredom, but deliver us from work. For thine is the GeneRally, and the AI, and the race cars. Amen!

The project is in 3rd stage, I've already sent out the files. There has been a slight change in working order, as Bel was replaced with Bouncebackability in the last minute. The tracks are looking great so far!

stage1: XYY
stage2: Dan Hakulín, BBA
stage3: Areen, Buka, egamad, Paw
stage4: Trigger Happy, ACM, Madd Dogg, Alex, CamrosX, Scholl, Martyn, HJ

Reserves: Brix, masto_pursi

Hey. Since there's more than enough people now, would it be a problem for you if I gave up my spot to someone else? I'm just not in the mood to do one of these right now.

If you don't feel like participating this time, it's ok, thanks for letting me know before it was your turn. :bg:

We have one opening now, so Brix, it's your turn to jump in if you want. ;) And the 4th stage will begin as soon as I have enough time to prepare and send out the files, probably later today or tomorrow.

Is stage 4 ready yet?

Just a reminder, guys, the deadline for the last stage is this weekend, I hope you haven't all forgot (except HJ, who has already sent me his track on Tuesday :o :D ).

Also now would be a good time to further discuss the names.

What do you think about a pool in the thread of released tracks:

But I really need 2 extra days because right now, my arms are extremely aching and I can't trackmake quickly enough.

That's ok, Alex, but your square better be worth the wait. :P

Any thoughts about the theme for the names? Someone has mentioned "rally champions' co-drivers"... I'd like to see some names please. :)

Still can be bit confusing / not enough unique (like in case of the Solberg track). What about joining the names together? Like: Burie, Vari, Loelena, Makman, Saha, Kapii, Rogei, Biasi? :hide: And egamad can mention both full names in track comment.

(Idea based on various brief/provisional results, where names of drivers/crew are often shortened to just few letters.)

I also like that idea, it would certainly avoid the confusion compared to real names. :bg:

@ Madd Dogg, Martyn and CamrosX: What's up with you guys? No word from any of you, are you still working on your squares? Please keep me a bit more posted. If you need an extension, you can ask (like Alex did), but this silence is making me nervous. :worried:

I'm afraid Madd Dogg is the last one who hasn't contacted me yet (EDIT: he just sent me an email, he is still working on it), all the others have already sent me their files. I've sent him another email and will wait a day or two for his response, then I'll give the square to the next person on the waiting list if he doesn't answer. :worried:

One more thing - I've been trying to record some gameplay footage for a video, like in the first JET, but I haven't had any success with any of my recording software.. It's weird, since I had no problems with recording before. :really: So if there is anyone who is willing to compose a video or at least shoot some scenes, please say so. ;)

After all this time, Madd Dogg has decided to abandon his square due to lack of time - so we're now left with one last free spot for anyone, who wants it. :ouch:

I'd be for release with one track (it's last square, so we won't miss any previous effort, the 3 others are in other track too). :(

I really, REALLY, shouldn't be doing this; I'm already occupied with a project I'm doing for someone else. But you might as well hand me the square, I'll see what I can do with it.

Sorry about that. Unless you can wait between a week and a month for me to be ready, don't bother. I'd rather not juggle projects.
