This is the thread where you may nominate packs released in 2011 for the PoY election.

Note: Please keep this thread just for nominations, all of the discussion should take place in the ToM discussion thread. One nomination per each pack is enough.

When you nominate you have to mention the pack name, the author(s) and the link to the thread/post, but please never edit your nomination posts, as your changes could be overlooked.

Example: Basic EFFECT Trackpack by egamad.
