Very simple, but It looks good. It's very clean and looks like small estate of houses. I like it.

BTW, Would anyone teach me how to make good fields (crofts)?
because I want to make fields on the village Land-map..

You can try to look at lmaps of other trackmakers (for example BBA had used nice fields at his Rally Deutchland) and you can use these textures ;).
