90% of landscape visible on Google Earth is same like it was, only the are on the top of hill (on maps between track and sea) evolved. Try to find old urban plans of Barcelona instead of maps of circuit for more details, but at least something can be found on this pictures:

Adam, Montjuic has been made before. I can dig it up and send it to you if you like.

If he wants to recreate Montjuïc, let him be please.

But you're right, it has been done once.

It was only TE layout (even not smooth) and few messy walls. It doesn't worth.

If you want to make Montjuich, you'll have to do 3 versions.

F1 version: start near the Olympic stadium (as seen on the Gp legends track)
Gp version: grid start at "Recta de las fuentes" (Fountains' straight)
24h version: Le Mans at "Recta de las fuentes"

The latest racing incarnation of the track was on the late 80s, when the last 24h bike race was raced there. There has not been any more motorsport races in the streets of "La montaña mágica" (The magic mountain) because there have been lots of fatalities.

Wrong, it was a quite good version made with external tools.

It's not too bad indeed, but I guess your right! Crowella's version will be better as the one I've showed is several years old. And with most tracks which are created now and in the past, there is at least I think some improvements with the newer ones.

Let me make my version. I need to churn another track out anyway. I still have a version of Zolder I'm making, but that's getting nowhere at the moment, so I might as well keep my work going.

Edit: here's a quick 20 minute attempt at redoing the layout. I finally feel comfortable with a layout.

When I saw your BETA layout I just could make one thing: :roflmao: .
Adam, there was no roundabout when they used to race there in Barcelona (1985, when they last made the 24h bike race).

Wow, very strange, because I see the road on the maps has what looks like a roundabout? I'll look into it a bit more.

yeah there was definatly no roundabout when f1 were there, well, that affected the racing anyway ( i dont know about later) i believe there was just a cross roads. but if was certainly all a long left handed turn, nothing else...

Very nice track which was never made in GR (AFAIK). Bikernieki near Riga in Latvia. IMO, the best one which was built in USSR.

Satelite map.
Onboard video (first short track):

Onboard video (another short track with cool hmap)

If you will add them, it will be the full circuit.

I believe that I've requested it before on :rsc: and I'll do it once again on this forum, Iowa Speedway
http://www.indycar.com/schedule/show/55 ... -indy-250/

The link directs to the IndyCar Series site as there's a video of the circuit.

I mentioned the track once at RSC maybe, but I note it again:

Slovakiaring (Orechová Potôň) near Dunajska Streda, South Slovakia - brand new track in middle Europe, opened autumn 2009 with great layouts - no Tilkedrome. :misch: And there is everything - not only circuit with 6 configurations (possible to race in both directions!), but drag strip, supermoto, karts, drift school etc etc.

Is somebody interested in this place? :yummy:

Would love to see a new version of Istanbul Park as well, as the version made by Tokio is nice, but seems a bit outdated if we compare it to the circuits which are created nowasays.

Have another request for myself though, which are Mine and Tokachi, both in Japan. They were used in the past for Formula Nippon championships.

The latter has been made once as far as I know by Tjeerd. Unfortunately the guy isn't around at this forum, otherwise he could have released it. Perhaps I should persuade him to join this forum :P

Hello Evrybody!
I have a new idea. I find one bike track in Budapest, and I think it isn't made in Generally. So it's time to make This.

I have only one wishes: The track's line is same in this track.

So Let's start boys!

Oh, yes, the track: Go to Google maps, and write this: 47.547281,19.045036

Good luck!

Oh yes. Please, if you finished, pack here the track, with your monogram. (example: Your name is Chris Daniel, the track name is: "_____CD")

Have a good job! (this has been written by i, but I've forgotten my password & my e-mail's password has been removed be somebody., so, this is my new name!)

Has anybody made WTCC's Morocco round?? If so, I have to bring you bad news, there's a 2010 version of the track with about 2-3 less chicanes!!! :wow:
I said it's bad news because you'll have to remake the track but it'd be great for drivers to drive the newer, faster version of the track!!! :woohoo:

Btw, anything new about Montjuich?? I can't wait!!! :trampo: A screenshot would be good so I can see what's going on... :hide:
