The track design reminds me like Shanghai International Circuit.

Maybe you should add a few stands to the large tarmac run-off area and add a few more trees and other objects for the top left. Finally, I think you should use light blue (Ice) for the water instead of Tarmac. It's Ok, but needs a few improvements.
