[stc] Abcity

After 4½ years since my last street course release (apart from some packs including street-ish tracks) it's finally time for another stc. Abcity is a WS80 track set on narrow streets, so you shouldn't use too much damage. The AI has been designed for the original Formula and should give you run for your money.

Comments and criticism appreciated. :cool2:

That is nice little circuit but I don't know why I don't like it :| .

Me yes, just the narrow office blocks in top-middle could be lower (to see part of roofs of the middle one and left one). :)

Maybe, as the track shows something entirely different, the track's name is a bit too normal and not very inventive :D

But a boring track name doesn't mean that the track is lame, too. :P

Don't judge the book by its cover or track by its title. ;) For me, coming up with names is the hardest part of creating. :D

Thanks for the comment anyway. :cool2:

Hey, I actually like this, interesting use of some objects. Also I see a proper street course atmosphere. :bg:

It's not a street course in the traditional sense of taking place on city streets - here the track looks more in an industrial park of some type, racing along access roads for workers and such. If that is the effect you wanted to go for with this track, then congratulation - you captured that feel perfect.

No, it's not a traditional street course, more of my current style, and in my eyes (and imagination) it does take place on streets. :D Thanks for your comment, Haruna. :)

Still something else to say?

Nice job again!
:iagree:
It's like rwl tracks, they are nice to see, but I do not know why, I do not want to race on it.

But I realy like the colors of the road, and how you use the boats! :bsmile:

4/5 from me :bg:

Well, I'm glad that you like its look, Glen. :) Maybe it's too narrow at places.

Still some other comments?

 I think these series tracks are special man... you ar eworking on an new style. People seemed to be interested, because you recieve a lot of commenting on them. There are that different dithering you are using, seemed good for small tracks. these tracks aren't atteained to a ruleship on measurements and lines like an RWL it's was a sort of Generally stylised track. Object placement are stylised and really fits the proposal. :hattip:

Having tested it, I think that the cone in top-left often blocks my way :D But it's a part of the track, so.. ;)

Thanks a lot, Primeracer. :)

@XYY: I put it there so that you wouldn't have blind apex up there, not knowing how close to the house you can drive. I don't mind you deleting it for your own use. ;) Thanks for testing. :)

Still something else?
