That's very nice circuit, maybe slightly narrow, but can be OK, a test will tell more. :yummy:

It looks good for the first track!
You can open track on some places and you don't need sand runoffs near whole track.
It is very promising for the future.

Considering it's your very first track, it looks not bad. :bg: But I think the office building does not match with the scenery very well, so I'd replace it by a house.
