Hi, everyone
Here is my latest work. It is a small stunt track with the same theme as in a few of my earlier releases having an 8-shaped layout. It was started and got 95% ready pretty soon after release of Wlalace, but I had a break in track making, so it took this long to fully finish it.

AI line has been designed for General.

Hopefully you will find the track being fun, and hopefully you will post some comments :)

Oops  I put a picture of the track instead of the track file in the .zip archive. I re-uploaded it and now there should be correct files in the archive.

Kiitos, masto_pursi, että huomautit virheestäni. / Thanks, masto_pursi, that you notified me about my mistake.

Also, thanks to egamad, who also notified about it via PM.

Not a single comment about the track itself? :( It would be nice to hear at least something, no matter whether you like the track or not :)

I guess the track is only made with TE?!
Considering this and the fact that it´s pretty fun to drive, It´s a good track

What kind of bugs me is that the objects seem to be randomly scattered on the map.
There are no roads that connect houses.
The fences or hedges go nowhere and don´t seem to make any sense.
As an example the telephone-pole-hedge-things standing inside the lake...

No, it isn't made only with TE, lmap was made with Gimp and hmap was with GRHMEdit.

Well, the track has been meant to look so, that you have to use some imagination to be able to see it as something more sensible. I'm not sure how I would explain it exactly, but I hope you got the idea of what I meant. About the fences, if you look carefully at them, you'll notice that they have been put in a certain form. I just haven't connected them together like usually is done. About hedges and telephone pole-hedge combinations, I imagine hedges as small bushes, and those telephone pole-hedges I imagine as some kind of trees. Either they are trees that have dropped their leaves or trees that have leaves growing at its bottom part, or if going wild they can be trees growing upside down. You just have to imagine things as something different, so you will see them being sensible :)

Basically abstract trackmaking, like what I've been experimenting with the last two years or so. :)

Looks good, and as you know that I like unconventional tracks, I'm sure I'll like it. :cool2:

Yes, I know I could have called it being an abstract track, but I tried to say it in a more concrete way instead of just using a term that never really has been explained (at least I don't remember it being described in any way) ;)

Thanks, for your comment Tuomo :) Not a surprise that you like the track.

On the other hand the lmap is maybe bit too repetitive in relation of your other tracks lately.

Layout & hmap superb, very nice racing. :bg:

Well, since abstract is the opposite of concrete, it hasn't really been explained in concrete words before you tried, I guess. :D
