Um, wasn't there considerably more carpark underneath the track?

tags need correcting!
should be [rwl] [cir] [ovl]
I wrote you about carpark in WiP thread, good question: Where is it?
For me it's a WiP track, no rating.

If marinator believes it is finished...
You've done a very good job marinator, the track is very cleanly made. While you could still add white lines of car parks to the none track areas, I think you've made the error in using a too large a world size from the start. This is particularly obvious on the oval being way too big.
Also a personal thing but unless there is a really good reason you shouldn't rotate the track view...

It's a huge parking in the city with few runoffs added (temporarily?) where appropriate, so why not stc.
And BBA is right, if marinator think it's finished, it's finished.

with street city tag, but scorpions second point was, that Real world tag is wrote wrong. Marinator wrote [rvl] but there must be [rwl].
Btw. Nice track. I will add it to my historic folder.
But there should be more dithering on asphalt.
Anyway 3,8/5*

There really isn't too much you can do other than have a good guess at where the parking lot lines would go. I had a look for photos and videos and basically I could only assume there was some here and there. I admit, it would probably look better if you added parking lot lines but then again, you've made a circuit that never looked interesting from the air (or ground) to begin with.
The layout is right, the circuit drives like I expect so I can't really say much more other than that it could have done with a better POV for racing. I feel too far when I race on it.
That said, good job with it.
