Very nice track! I think you may be trackmaster in future. Why not?
But I've 2 attentions. First - grass dithering. It isn't very important, because there are a lot of trees, but with dithering track would be more.. attractive :D
Second - OK, layout is fantastic (kerbs, dithering, all is ok). So, if you do the track with dithering, do that on other elements of track, too. What I mean? the street and parking. looks pretty good, but with dithering would looks better. However, track is wery wery good, only 2 small, very small things.

Maybe the WS is too big for this layout (too much of free place around later filled by trees), but I agree with YoNnie, perfect layout and everything around basically well made. Keep them coming, please! :-)

I agree with Ivo on the WS, but still, he made nearly the best of the scenery in the spaces imo. BTW, the layout kind of reminds me of the GP one of Brands Hatch, as well as the atmosphere with its woods. :)
