I don't really consider it a hill climbing stage imho. That being said, it appears to be decent by the looks of it and easy to drive for an amateur like me. :)

Just a thing: How come the boat is placed amidst houses? :o

I think it's supposed to be like someone's person boat, although unfortunately the GR boat object doesn't work well for that.
