[roa] [stg] Azure Touge (Mt. Azure)

Post by Rebellion765 »

Hey, guys! Time for something new.
A type of track that I've never made before, A TOUGE! :misch:
In this *.zip, I've included the Uphill course, Downhill course, and the Trial Course (explained in the screenshot below).

Just some advices:
> NEVER use more than two cars in this tracks (one-on-one races only.)
> ALWAYS set the race laps to 1.
> For better experience, use the "9pm" palette, by ChiliFan (it can be found here).

Suggestions of music to listen when driving on this track:

Well, that's it. Have fun, guys! :bg:

Here's one... :)

5/5 :greenfg: :greenfg: :greenfg: :greenfg: :greenfg:

Fun and clever. That's one very long track, and yet I don't feel that I'm just doing loads of boring turns to squeeze distance into a small Generally area. Neat design, and quite a hard one too, if you're blasting along in a Pike's Peak 208 T16!

Beautiful scenery, nice mix of dithering with bushes. One thing about your recommended palette, 9PM is practically pitch black, you can't really see anything. 6PM (sunset) 7PM (moody twilight) are better.

thanks, Spacethingy!
and about the palettes, 9PM is good and challenging, except at Trial Course.

I really don't like the PoV, it would be very nice if the main angle be set at 65 or 60 degrees. Anyway, track is superbly done, everything except this PoV seems perfect to me. :) Great job! :bg:

Thanks, Areen! about the POV, I like this way, it's visible and drivable.

I agree, It may not be eye candy, but it is functional. I probably would have used about the same POV if it were my track. It's not really my cup of tea, but it looks pretty good, keep it up. :bg:
