[cir] Toad's Turnpike

Just found a track my brother made some months ago, I just make a little approvement 
TOAD'S TURNPIKE
Me and my brother JoBi always played Mario Kart on Nintendo 64 and that was one of my favorite tracks 
I know that the start position is a bit different but I think Jobi tried to make it a bit different
There are two versions:
With Cars on the Track (Turnpike C) and without Cars (Turnpike), but the versions with cars is very difficult for the AI's
Have fun and leave a comment
BTW, play with night palette, it's better
